Touch point diagrams

Internal and external business units contribute to projects undertaken within the Department of Transport and Main Roads. The component methodology has been developed to provide a project flow for the project management of these components.

The touch point diagrams describe the interfaces between the overall project and the component project as the component project moves through the four project phases are listed below and can be viewed by clicking on the diagram title.
