Edens Landing train station upgrade
Edens Landing station is being upgraded to improve accessibility, safety and customer experience.
The upgraded train station will feature a range of improvements to make travel easier. A new pedestrian overpass connected by lifts and stairs will help people move safely across the rail corridor and access the platforms.
Straightened and raised platforms will be constructed to reduce the gap between the platform and trains, and upgraded park ‘n’ ride facilities will include accessible car parks.
This station upgrade will be designed and constructed in compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act (1992) to provide and improve accessibility for all users.
