Complaints about the Director-General policy

Our Complaints about the Director-General policy sets out how we’ll deal with a complaint of suspected corruption that involves or may involve the Chief Executive Officer.

This policy is a requirement under section 48A of the Crime and Corruption Act 2001 for all agencies that are subject to the Crime and Corruption jurisdiction, such as Transport and Main Roads.

We’ve been guided by the Public Sector Commission’s framework for oversight of senior public service employee complaints on dealing with complaints involving Queensland Public Sector senior executive service.
