Our top investments included:

  • $1.318 billion European Train Control Systems Signalling Program: Phase 1 (Pilot line, Tunnel and Sector 1 to Moorooka).
  • $1 billion Gateway Motorway, Bracken Ridge to Pine River upgrade (jointly funded with the Australian Government).
  • $532.4 million Clapham Yard Stabling (Moorooka), construct stabling yard.
  • $450 million funding commitment for Brisbane Metro, Woolloongabba Station (jointly funded by the Queensland Government, Australian Government and Brisbane City Council).
  • $399 million funding commitment for Boundary Road (Coopers Plains), upgrade rail level crossing (jointly funded with the Australian Government and Brisbane City Council).
  • $298.5 million Centenary Bridge Upgrade (jointly funded with the Australian Government and Brisbane City Council).
  • $277 million Warrego Highway (Ipswich - Toowoomba) and Mount Crosby Road interchange (jointly funded with the Australian Government).
