Achievements

An easy-to-use online portal will soon make it easier for small business, event organisers and other organisations to apply for traffic control and road corridor access permits.

The Permit for Access to Road and Corridor project developed by us will provide an easy-to-use online portal to submit, process, approve and monitor permits to control traffic or access state-controlled road corridors. This includes for organisations delivering bicycle races and events across the state.

Once the portal goes live, online applications will be significantly faster to submit than the current manual, paper-based process.

Next steps

Delivery of the online application solution will be undertaken through 2019-20.
