Achievements

Sharing the benefits of bicycle riding with the whole community has been the focus of our a new research project.

The research has helped us to understand the attitudes, barriers, motivations and behaviours of people in Queensland towards riding a bicycle.

This work included creating typologies for Queenslanders, including people who currently ride, those who would consider riding if conditions were right and those who will never ride.

The research is being used to inform a communication and behaviour change campaign to encourage people to ride bicycles more often in Queensland.

Develop a fun and engaging campaign to promote and highlight the benefits of riding a bike.
